Shipping Policy

Seven Devils Cigars ships orders only to locations where the sale and shipment of our products are permitted by applicable law.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping estimates provided during checkout begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Tobacco products may only be purchased by individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Age verification may be required before an order is accepted or fulfilled.

Where required by law or carrier policy, an adult signature and/or identification may be required upon delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to any state, locality, or address where the sale or delivery of tobacco products is prohibited or subject to requirements we cannot reasonably satisfy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

DELIVERY

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

TAXES & REGULATORY CHARGES

Applicable sales taxes, tobacco taxes, excise taxes, shipping charges, and other required fees may be collected where required by law.
